This document governs the terms of your use of our website and forms a legal agreement between you and The Reese Group, LLC, d/b/a Office Dragon.
Office Dragon provides this website (“Site”) as a service to our customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement that you will follow and be bound by these terms. We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel your right to use the Office Dragon website. Further to the terms of any written agreement, we also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or business address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit the use or sales of any services offered in connection with the Office Dragon Site to any party, for any reason whatsoever. If you do not or cannot agree to these terms, do not access or use this Site.
You expressly agree that irrespective of any “bookmark” or “deep linking” of a particular portion of this Site, these terms and conditions will apply. Occasionally there may be information on the Office Dragon Site that may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If you find any inaccurate or false Listing, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and request that you notify us immediately.

Uses or web link activities that involve the unauthorized use of Office Dragon or The Reese Group trademarks, trade names, copyrighted materials or framing or metatags involving the same are expressly prohibited.
This Site and its Contents are intended solely for the uses identified herein. You may download or copy a Listing and its contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title, or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any viewing, downloading or copying. Unsolicited Materials
Office Dragon is pleased to hear from visitors. However, it is our long-standing company policy not to accept or consider unsolicited ideas, Listings, suggestions, materials, or business proposals from persons or entities, unless they are formally submitted or solicited by Office Dragon. Any unsolicited disclosures, submission, or offer of any Materials shall constitute an irrevocable grant, gift and assignment of all right title and interest in and to such Materials to Office Dragon including, but not limited to, all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Materials. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. Listings Information
The Listings displayed on the Site are available at the time of the Listing. The prices and information associated with any Listing on the Site are the sole responsibility of the Listing Agent. You agree that Office Dragon shall not be responsible for false or misleading information that may be posted on the Site. We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that our Listings are accurate and current, but we cannot and do not guarantee or warrantee the information of the Listings or other information posted on the Site is accurate or timely. All responsibility for the Listings is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Listing party.
Listing Images and Descriptions
Office Dragon has made every effort to display the Listings as accurately as possible. However, the actual representation that you see will depend on your monitor, printer, and paper and we cannot guarantee that representation that you see or print will be accurate.

This Site may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of The Reese Group LLC or Office Dragon. Office Dragon has no responsibility for the materials or resources that may be viewed or purchased via any linked websites. You expressly agree that nothing herein shall be construed or enforced as an endorsement or assumption of risk by Office Dragon as to any materials, goods or services available via any third party website even if a link to such a site is provided by Office Dragon or any Listing Agent using the Office Dragon Site.

Office Dragon provides the materials, listings, prices, images, descriptions and other information on this site “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, warranties as to title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for use or purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Office Dragon expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on this site, although office dragon may modify the materials at any time without notice. by your use of this site, you acknowledge that your use is at your sole risk. All decisions related to rent, buy, lease based upon the information or listings on this site are made at your own risk.
Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, as they apply contracts entered into and wholly performed therein and without regard to the conflict of law provisions of the State of New York or the conflict of law provisions of any other jurisdiction. You expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site and shall not be modified except in a writing signed by both parties. No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be construed or enforced as a continuing waiver of that term or condition or of any other term or condition of this Agreement. Office Dragon may terminate your right to access or use the Site at any time.
Credit Cards
Office Dragon does not store any credit card information.
Intellectual Property
Office Dragon respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Office Dragon has no responsibility for content on other web sites that you may find or access when using Office Dragon’s products or services. Material available on or through other web sites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries.
