Information Collection and Use

Office Dragon collects personal information when you use the Office Dragon products or services or when you visit the Office Dragon website and pages or the pages of the websites of certain Office Dragon partners. Office Dragon may combine collected information with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and other personal information. For some financial products and services we might also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. Your request for financial services or products may constitute a request for credit giving us other rights with respect to the collection and distribution of related information as they may apply to the Office Dragon services. When you register with Office Dragon and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

Office Dragon and Your Personal Information

Office Dragon collects and receives, among other information, information related to your past use of the Office Dragon products and services. Personal information is information about you that may be personal, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that may not be otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Office Dragon does not own or control or to people that Office Dragon does not employ or manage. They may each have their own privacy policies and you should review them.

Office Dragon may collect information related to any transaction with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that are offered or made available via the Office Dragon website or the websites of our business partners. Office Dragon may now or in the future, provide or later adopt an Opt-in or Opt-Out policy with regard to information collecting. If you elect to Opt-Out, you may lose some features or functionality.

Email

Office Dragon uses electronic mail extensively. Your user experience with the Office Dragon Services is entirely dependent on our ability to send and receive electronic mail to you. You hereby expressly consent to our recording and using your email address(es), your telephone and other communication devices for any purposes that may be relevant to the Office Dragon Services and efficient provision of the Office Dragon Services, including, but not limited to, system message, product updates, service announcements and other marketing messages. You hereby expressly agree that under no circumstances shall we have any liability for sending or receiving email to any Office Dragon user. It is not the Office Dragon policy to send or facilitate Spam or other unsolicited marketing messages.

You are expressly prohibited from using the Office Dragon Services in any manner that might be considered as engaging in such activities and we reserve the right to immediately terminate access to the Office Dragon Site and/or Services under such circumstances and under such other circumstances as may be stated herein.

Cookies

Office Dragon automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookies, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the pages you view and/or request, including the pages of our business partners. If you disable the ability to set or use cookies or if you are using third party software that prevents the use of cookies, you may not be able to use the Office Dragon website properly or completely. Office Dragon may set and access cookies on your computer and may let other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies’ use of their own cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Office Dragon cookies.

Office Dragon uses such information for the following purposes, a list which may not be complete: to customize the advertising and content you see, meeting your requests for products and services, to improve our services, to contact you, to conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients and services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Office Dragon does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated business partners or companies except as may be necessary to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations and Agent for Notice

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Office Dragon’s Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
  2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Office Dragon site, with enough detail that we may find it on the web site;
  4. your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.
