Say hello to 11 Times Square, Manhattan’s newest commercial building. 11 Times Square, or 640 8th Avenue, boasts 972,000 square feet of office space and is set to debut to New York later this year. While the majority of space is already leased there are still vacant offices in this class A Manhattan mega-tower.
