Sure, supers get a free office in the buildings they work for, but has anyone ever seen a super’s office space. While most people in New York may think their office is small, super’s really have to make the most of their space.
Apparently, this is the equipment necessary to manage a commercial building in Manhattan. We can make out some wrenches and tools at the top, keys in the middle and a couple calculators on the desk but not much else. We’re not sure how often this stuff gets used, but its definitely an efficient use of space.
Now with a wall full of equipment to the side of the desk this guy is literally surrounded by antique memorabilia from the 70s.
With so much to do in so little space you better be able to get some rest every now and then. Seriously, does anyone have more things in less office space anywhere else in NYC?
