What’s an OfficeDragon anyway?

We’re where New York’s top real estate agents list their commercial properties. Then we make it easy for you to search their listings to find your ideal space. For free. “Free” as in there’s never a charge for searching. No matter how many times you search. No hidden fees or commissions either. Nor do we hold any of our listings back and charge you a premium to see them. The way some sites do.

We don’t make you join anything to search. (Although there are advantages to joining. Like being notified when the property you have your heart set on becomes available. Besides it’s free.)

At OfficeDragon, we’ve tried to make using our site as user-friendly as possible. No matter how much (or how little) you know about commercial space, Manhattan real estate or computers. In other words, we don’t just want to give you a better way to search for office space. We want to give you a better way to find it.

How it works

1. 

   You can search by size, price, neighborhood or any combination of the three. Below you can also see recent searches to get an idea of what’s popular.

2. 

   At the top you can sort your results by size, price or direction starting from the north, south, east or west. You can email agents strait from this page or click on a result to see more information including pictures and floor plans. If you don’t see what you like you can revise your search on the bottom of the page.

3. 

   Here you can find out the details of the available space and for the building it’s in. You can see the agent’s profile information and email him or her directly. On the side you can save listings, send them to friends, or print them out for future use.
